Yorkshire Digital manages and retains ownership of the website and domain as part of the service. Is there a fixed contract?
The £700 setup + £99/month Lead-to-Job System is rolling monthly with no fixed contract. The spread setup option is £159/month for 12 months, then £99/month rolling monthly after that.
What happens if I no longer need the CRM?
If you no longer need the CRM/dashboard, you can move to a website-only care plan from £59/month so the website, domain, hosting and support can continue.
Do I own the website and domain?
Yorkshire Digital manages and retains ownership of the website and domain as part of the managed monthly service. If you want to leave and take ownership of the website or domain, this can be discussed separately.
Can you take deposits or payments through the website?
Yes, where needed we can set up payment links or card payment options so customers can pay deposits or invoices online. Standard payment provider fees may apply.
