Starter Website customers receive a managed website service including domain, hosting and support. Lead-to-Job System customers are on a rolling monthly plan unless choosing the 12-month spread setup option. If a Lead-to-Job customer no longer wants the CRM/dashboard, they can move to a website-only care plan from £59/month. Yorkshire Digital manages and retains ownership of the website and domain as part of the service. If a customer wishes to leave and take ownership of the website or domain, this can be discussed separately.
